This website is built as a static site. Simply visiting the website does not create user accounts, and the website does not store data in its own database.

The website is technically implemented as a static Astro website and is delivered through Cloudflare Workers using static assets. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, USA. The contact in Germany is Cloudflare Germany GmbH, c/o Design Offices München Atlas, Rosenheimer Straße 143C, 8th floor, 81671 Munich, Germany.

Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and log data as a processor where required for the delivery, stability and security of the website. Data may also be processed in the United States or other countries. Cloudflare describes the safeguards it uses in its privacy information and Data Processing Addendum.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the reliable and secure provision of this website.

Contact by Telephone

The telephone link opens your device’s telephone function. Simply clicking the link does not transmit any call data through this website.

If you call, data processed may include your telephone number, the time and duration of the call, and the information you share. The data is processed to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual measures or a contract are involved; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

The website contains a link to WhatsApp. WhatsApp is not embedded in the website, and no connection to WhatsApp is established during a normal page visit.

Only when you actively click the link are you directed to WhatsApp. WhatsApp then processes data under its own responsibility. If you subsequently send a message, data processed may include your telephone number, profile name, message content, and communication and usage data. Information received via WhatsApp is processed to handle your enquiry.

The processing of messages received is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual measures or a contract are involved; otherwise it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR due to the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. This website contains links to external services from doTERRA, Facebook and LinkedIn. These services are not embedded in the website. A normal page visit therefore does not establish a connection to these providers.

Only when you actively click an external link do you leave this website. From that point, the relevant provider may process personal data such as your IP address and technical connection data in accordance with its own privacy policy. The operator of this website has no influence over that processing.

Rights of Data Subjects

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access your processed personal data, to correct inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability.
