I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have European roots and have lived in Germany for more than 30 years. Today, I live near Lüneburg.
Before becoming more deeply involved with doTERRA, natural routines and wellness, I served in the German Armed Forces for twelve years.
That time shaped me.

In my work, it is equally important to me to be clear, honest and reliable. If something makes sense, I say so. If it does not fit, I say that too.
My Path to Natural Routines
Over time, I became increasingly aware of the importance of health, balance and proactive wellbeing in daily life.
Rather than waiting until something no longer works, I prefer to start earlier: living more consciously, creating small routines and supporting wellbeing in daily life.
Essential oils and natural wellness products interested me because they can be used in daily routines without unnecessary complexity.
A scent in the evening.
An intentional moment in the morning.
A natural alternative at home.
A simple routine that you genuinely follow.
For me, this is not about complicated concepts. It is about small steps that fit your life.
That approach has become part of my personal philosophy.
